Merriweather

Description

Merriweather is designed by Sorkin Type to be a text face that is pleasant to read on screens. It features a very large x height, slightly condensed letterforms, a mild diagonal stress, sturdy serifs and open forms. The family includes four styles: Regular, Italic, Bold and Bold Italic. Merriweather was specifically developed for comfortable reading at small sizes on digital screens, though it also performs beautifully in print. The font’s generous proportions and clear forms ensure excellent legibility in body text, while its distinctive character provides enough personality for use in headlines and display applications.
